Step 02
Lab Testing & Diagnostics
- We order the labs needed to personalize your treatment.
- You can choose from:
- National Lab Partners (LabCorp, Quest, etc.)
- Lab results go directly to your Zivara Health provider for review.
Step 03
Virtual Consultation
- Meet with your licensed provider via secure video visit.
- Together, you’ll review your lab results and health goals.
- Your provider will answer questions, discuss options, and recommend a personalized treatment plan (TRT, weight loss therapies, vitamins, anti-aging, or skin & hair care).
Step 04
Personalized Treatment Plan
- Based on your labs and consultation, you’ll receive a customized plan.
- This may include:
- Testosterone or hormone therapies
- Weight loss medications (Semaglutide, Tirzepatide, fat burners)
- Vitamin or anti-aging injections (B12, Vitamin D, Glutathione, NAD+)
- Skin and hair renewal options
- Prescriptions are sent to our trusted partner pharmacies and shipped directly to your door.
- Note: Medications are billed separately through the pharmacy at cost.
Step 05
Ongoing Support & Follow-Ups
- Your membership includes regular follow-up visits to monitor progress and adjust your plan.
- Stay connected with your provider through secure messaging for questions or support.
- Higher-tier memberships include added perks like monthly vitamin or anti-aging boosters.
- We track your labs, progress, and results so you can feel confident every step of the way.
